Refund policy

Standard Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

- The item is new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item is not on sale. Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
- The order was not shipped internationally. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you would prefer not to exchange, we can issue store credit valid for 6 months from the issue date, redeemable on any future order.

Shipping Fees on Returns and Exchanges

- Refund returns: The customer pays both the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Exchanges: The customer pays the exchange shipping fee, which covers both the return of the original item and the dispatch of the replacement.
- Defective items or wrong item shipped: We cover all shipping costs, including the return and replacement, and refund any original shipping fees paid.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our office, it is inspected for condition and authenticity. Refunds are processed after inspection is complete and are issued via bank transfer or InstaPay to the account or number you provide.

To begin the refund process, please send us your bank details or InstaPay number via WhatsApp or our Instagram page. Refund timing is calculated from the date we receive your payment details, not from the date you returned the item.

Refund timing typically takes between 5 and 10 business days from receipt of your payment details, but in some cases may take up to 21 days.

Inspection and Authenticity

All returned items are inspected and photographed upon arrival. If a returned item does not match the product originally shipped — including being a different item, a counterfeit, used, washed, damaged, or missing tags or packaging — the return will be declined.

In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost, or held for collection. Customers who return items that do not match the original product shipped may be permanently blocked from placing future orders with us.

If you accidentally returned the wrong item and wish to correct it, contact us via WhatsApp or our Instagram page. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send the correct item to us and to receive your original item back.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or our Instagram page with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Missing Items

If an item from your order is missing on delivery, please contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or our Instagram page, including your order number and a photo of the items you received. We verify missing item claims against our dispatch records, including the recorded weight of your package at the time it was handed to the courier. If the records confirm the item was not included in the dispatched package, we will ship the missing item or issue a refund accordingly.

Refused or Failed COD Deliveries

If you place an order with cash on delivery and refuse to accept it without prior arrangement, or fail to be available to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to restrict future orders, including blocking access to cash on delivery as a payment option.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of order. Estimated shipment dates are shown on the product page and may be subject to change.

- Cancellation before shipment: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Contact us via WhatsApp or our Instagram page with your order number.
- Ship date changes: If the estimated ship date is delayed by more than 7 days, we will notify you with the updated date and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
- Mixed orders: If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship within the standard 7-day window, and pre-order items will ship separately when stock arrives. There is no additional shipping charge for the pre-order shipment.
- After delivery: Once your pre-order is delivered, our standard return and exchange policy applies. Pre-orders are not subject to additional restrictions unless explicitly marked as final sale on the product page.
- Defective or damaged pre-orders: Always eligible for full refund or replacement, regardless of any other terms.
